Mac was diagnosed with bone cancer on April 16.

Happy Holidays to all of my Tripawd friends!

Mac’s 9-month scans will be in a couple weeks, just 2 weeks shy of his 12th birthday! He is doing great and still has the same amount of energy that he did when we adopted him almost 1.5 years ago.

We did get some sad news that one of Connor’s parents newfies has bone cancer, and he is not a candidate for amputation. It doesn’t look like he has much time left, as it has already spread to his lungs and he already has 2 bad legs. Mac has spent lots of time with him lately and he enjoys the company.

Here are some great pics of Mac during this December month – thanks for looking!

So sorry to hear about the Newfie. There are a lot of pallative care rhings that can be done to get some extended quality time for loving and spoiling. Hoping that to be true for him.

I am also so sorry to hear about the Newfie. If there is anything we can do just holler OK? Sometimes dogs aren’t candidates, and it’s really heartbreaking, we get it.

Meanwhile, Mac just keeps on ROCKIN and defying expectations. LOVE those photos and they really show what an amazing road you’ve traveled. You are the ultimate success story — all of you!

Hoppy 2016 my friends and may this year bring continued good health and happy times!!! xoxo
